Refund Policy
At Norman's Farm Market, we strive to provide the highest quality produce and exceptional customer service. Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while recognizing the nature of our business.
Shares and Online Purchases
- We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all produce and products purchased from our market stands or online store.
- If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase.
- Returns or exchanges can be processed with your original receipt or order confirmation.
CSA Program
- CSA memberships are billed weekly with charges processed after delivery.
- Cancellations must be made prior to the order deadline or your account will be charged for that week.
- As with most CSA programs, we do not typically offer refunds in the event of crop loss due to weather or other natural factors, as this represents the shared risk nature of the CSA partnership.
Missed Pickups
- Unclaimed shares will be donated to a charitable organization or composted. No refunds or credits are issued for unclaimed boxes if you did not place your account on hold.
- You may designate another person to pick up your order if you are unable to do so.
