Order Obligations

Each order you place with Norman's Farm Market constitutes a legally enforceable contract. By placing an order, you agree to pay for all items ordered regardless of whether you collect them. If you fail to pick up your order, you remain obligated to pay for the items you ordered.

Quality Assurance

We carefully inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution to ensure quality. In the event that products are damaged during packing or delivery, we will provide a farm credit, provided that the damaged goods are returned or photographic evidence is submitted within 24 hours of scheduled pickup.

Product Appearance

Norman's Farm Market is committed to providing the highest quality produce while maintaining sustainable farming practices. Our producers deliver market-grade products grown with minimal pesticides or herbicides. By ordering from us, you understand and acknowledge that fruits and vegetables may have natural variations, blemishes, or imperfections that do not affect their quality or taste. Unlike conventional supermarket produce, our naturally grown items may not have the uniform "perfect" appearance of heavily treated commercial products.
