At Norman's Farm Market, we strive to provide the highest quality produce and exceptional customer service. Below we’ve included some commonly asked questions and answers about our pre-pack CSA.

What is the weekly ordering & pickup schedule?
- CSA members will receive an email Mondays at 5:45pm showing them what we have selected for that week’s CSA box.
- Our online marketplace opens at 6:00pm Monday where you can then make any changes to your CSA box.
- The weekly order deadline is Thursday* at 12:00pm for Friday, Saturday, AND Sunday pickups.
*In the rare event that the weekly order deadline changes, we will notify all members via email.
How do I make changes to my weekly CSA box?
- You can select the trash can icon to remove an item from your weekly box, or the +/- buttons to increase or decrease the quantity of the item.

- To add items to your weekly CSA box, click on “continue shopping” from your weekly order, or navigate to the Online Marketplace at the top of the page.
- IMPORTANT: The minimum order requirement is $25 for any weekly order.
Shares and Online Purchases
- We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all produce and products purchased from our market stands or online store. Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while recognizing the nature of our business.
- Any item that becomes unavailable after you confirm your order will be marked on your label. You will not be charged for those items.
- If you're unsatisfied with an item, for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours of picking up your order.
CSA Program (Billing)
- CSA orders are billed weekly with charges processed after delivery.
- Order cancellations must be made prior to the order deadline or your account will be charged for that week.
- As with most CSA programs, we do not typically offer refunds in the event of crop loss due to weather or other natural factors, as this represents the shared risk nature of the CSA partnership.
Missed Pickups
- Unclaimed shares will be donated to a charitable organization or composted. No refunds or credits are issued for unclaimed boxes if you did not place your account on hold.
- You may designate another person to pick up your order if you are unable to do so.
Account Hold (Subscriptions only)
- To put your account on hold (pause subscription): Under SUBSCRIPTIONS, click “Put Subscriptions on Hold”, and enter the start and end dates for your hold.
- IMPORTANT: You must place your subscription on hold with 7 days’ notice, and day 7 cannot be your pickup date.
- To cancel a hold, please email us at info@normansfarmmarket.com.
Cancel Current Order
- Click “cancel order” button beneath your order total:

- After canceling your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
