Weekly Subscription Boxes.

Monday 5:45pm: email with that week’s box.

Monday 6pm: marketplace opens. Swap items, add extras.

Deadline: Thursday noon for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday pickups. If that changes, we email you.

Minimum order $25.

Billing is weekly, after we pack or deliver. Cancel before the deadline or that week is charged.

Missed pickup with no hold: the box is donated or composted. No refund. Someone else can pick it up for you.

Hold: under Subscriptions, put it on hold with 7 days’ notice. Day 7 cannot be your pickup day. Email info@normansfarmmarket.com to lift a hold.

Unhappy with an item: tell us within 24 hours of pickup.
